Agreement to Terms

Important: These terms apply to all users, including those who access our cyber cafe services, online form filling, government document processing, and any other services we offer.
Services We Provide
Our services include but are not limited to:
Online form filling (Government, Educational, Banking)
Aadhaar card services (Enrollment, Update, Printing)
PAN card application and services
Passport application assistance
Printing, scanning, and photocopying
Internet browsing and computer access
Digital signature and documentation
Government scheme registration assistance
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all applications and forms
Present valid original documents when required for verification
Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
Use our cyber cafe facilities responsibly and ethically
Not engage in illegal activities, hacking, or accessing prohibited content
Respect our staff, other customers, and maintain decorum on premises
Fees and Payments
Service Charges
All service fees are displayed at our center and on our website. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. Government fees, application charges, and third-party costs are separate and will be communicated upfront.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before service delivery. We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments. Receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Services
Government application fees, form submission charges, and third-party processing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the respective authorities. Our service fees may be partially refundable based on work completed.
Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel before work begins, a full refund of service fees will be provided. If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
Service Issues
If a service fails due to our error, we will either redo the service at no cost or provide a full refund of our service fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarti Enterprise shall not be liable for:
- Delays or rejections caused by government authorities or third-party systems
- Errors in information provided by customers on forms or applications
- Loss of data due to hardware failure, power outage, or internet disruption
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
- Third-party content accessed through our internet services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Accessing pornographic or illegal content
Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access attempts
Downloading or sharing copyrighted material illegally
Spreading malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Tampering with computer hardware or software
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel any transaction if we suspect violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. Illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhule, Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
